With over 20 years of global experience in sourcing, selling, and operating 

award-winning business solutions, David is a seasoned leader in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry. His career spans a diverse range of sectors, including utilities, financial services, retail, healthcare, and telecommunications.

 

Starting on the contact centre floor and rising to the position of Managing Director, 

David has built a unique expertise that bridges the client and provider sides of BPO. He has been instrumental in procuring and managing BPO services, delivering award-winning operational solutions, and driving exponential growth
for both captive and third-party BPOs.

 

As a proven innovator, David’s leadership has been recognized with accolades 

from around the world such as the “Fastest Growing BPO,” “Top Emerging BPO,” 

and “Top BPO in South Africa.” These achievements were milestones in his previous ventures before founding GBPO Solutions, a consultancy dedicated to empowering businesses to establish and expand their BPO operations globally.

Why GBPO SOLUTIONS EXISTS

Over two decades, I have experienced outsourcing from every angle - as a buyer sourcing global partners, as an operator building and running BPO centres, and as a seller packaging BPO solutions for clients worldwide.

 

This unique “Golden Triangle” of experience, buying, operating, and selling - revealed a clear truth: the BPO industry urgently needed greater trust and transparency.

 

I saw too many glossy proposals and unrealistic promises that didn’t match reality. Clients were forced to accept hidden risks without any independent verification, while ethical providers who invested in quality, people, and standards were compared with those who hadn’t.

 

It was clear businesses needed a better way; one that went far beyond sales pitches and broker recommendations.

 

This realisation led to the creation of the world’s first dedicated BPO Accreditation.

 

At GBPO Solutions, our mission is clear: to create transparency, raise industry standards, restore trust, and help businesses partner with confidence.
